Visionary Behind the Mission

My name is Leroy Martinez, and I serve as the Founder, President, and CEO of the Inter-CARE Corporation. Throughout my fortunate travels to various countries, including Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia. I have witnessed both the natural beauty of these places as well as the extreme poverty.

During these journeys, I have come face to face with heart-wrenching scenes: children with Macrocephaly seated in dark alleys at night, young ones selling food on the streets, and others diligently painting tiles at the beach to support their families. One poignant incident in Colombia deeply touched me, where street children were asking for money not for themselves but to buy diapers for their younger siblings. While I offered what assistance I could, the realization that my impact was limited weighed heavily on me as I departed.

Motivated by these experiences, I returned home with a burning desire to do more for these resilient children. I was struck by the pure and powerful love they possessed, their unselfish dedication to work from a young age, and their efforts to contribute to their families and siblings.

Out of this conviction, I founded the Inter-CARE Corporation, representing the International Children’s Association of Renewable Empowerment. This organization was born from a dual purpose: to aid children locally and in impoverished nations, contributing to the alleviation of poverty, and to remind individuals that they are not alone, that there are caring people willing to empower them towards strength and health, fostering success and breaking the cycle of poverty.

Building connections with locals in these nations has been instrumental. We have formed partnerships with individuals who act as our points of contact and sponsors, enabling us to provide essentials such as food, water, and clothing for their communities.

I invite you to join our cause. My travels have taught me that happiness often thrives in those with less material wealth, perhaps because they appreciate the little they possess and expect nothing more. In the face of uncontrollable circumstances, I have embraced the philosophy that our power lies in how we respond to life's challenges. Karma, I believe, is a mirror reflecting the generosity we give.

Join me in giving generously towards this cause. Together, we can play a role in alleviating poverty and ensuring that children, both locally and internationally, are given the chance to thrive, equipped with the basic needs we often take for granted.
